About Us
Sam Allen built the company after holding key leadership positions over a nine year period at leading Executive Search firms Whitehead Mann and Boyden. During her Search career, Sam has worked successfully with a number of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She has developed strong relationships at Board level across a broad range of sectors, including Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Transport and Infrastructure. Prior to this she spent 15 years in the UK and internationally with Sainsbury’s, Dunhill and Greene King, the latter of which she was on the Board. Sam holds an MA in Employment Law and an MBA.
